Deliveries- Critically do not sign
for packages that are damaged. You may sign for the goods and mark the
paperwork as damaged and check the contents immediately or inform the
carrier to return them. Advise us within 1 working day of all
discrepancies.
Returns
for refund for
reasons of personal choice will be at the staffs discretion - It will be
your responsibility and cost to return the item to the shop in a
re-saleable condition for a full refund excluding carriage. It is at our
discretion to charge a restocking fee of 20%.
Items damaged in transit will be replaced or
refunded if the carrier was advised of the damage when signed for.
Unique items may not
be replaceable and therefore it also may be appropriate for the buyer to
arrange
collectionItems that
require a signature
may best be delivered to a place of work where someone is available to
accept delivery within normal working hours. You may have to prearrange
this with your credit card company. Saturday or Sunday deliveries
and additional insurance can be arranged at an extra charge from the
