FAUX BAMBOO
We offer an extensive
range of antique French "faux bamboo" mirrors in varying sizes, as
well as different styles of coat hooks, including concertina pegs.
The wood used to create these antique pieces has been hand turned to
simulate bamboo - the direct translation of "faux bamboo" being "fake
bamboo". The glass in all our mirrors is original, thus reflecting
its age of over 100 years, giving it character and a sense of history.
Mirrors are an
important part of home styling, reflecting light and creating a feeling of
space. These mirrors look particularly attractive when displayed "en
masse" as a collage on a large area of wall to show off the individual
crafting of each mirror. Alternatively, a single mirror is a
practical and elegant option for a cloakroom or gentleman's dressing room.
