Games boards We offer an extensive collection of antique wooden games and chequer boards and boxes (chess/draughts/backgammon). These boards have been hand crafted using a wide selection of inlaid wood, for example mahogany, oak and rosewood. We are also able to offer ebony and boxwood chess pieces and draughts, often found in their original handmade dovetailed mahogany or oak box with sliding lid. Why not have some fun with your family on a Sunday afternoon playing these much loved games in front of the fire as in days gone by! Alternatively, display a collection of games boards on an antique dresser or hang a collection of decorative games boards on a blank wall to create an eye catching display full of richness, texture and colour.
